En este post vamos a analizar la\u00a0<strong>funcionalidad del proceso de creaci\u00f3n de incidencias\/tickets desde el correo electr\u00f3nico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SAP Service Cloud<\/strong>\u00a0nos ofrece la posibilidad de\u00a0<strong>crear tickets desde diversos canales<\/strong>, tales como<strong>\u00a0email, SMS, RRSS, llamadas<\/strong>\u2026 Podemos parametrizar el sistema de tal forma que cuando un cliente nos env\u00ede un\u00a0<strong>email a la direcci\u00f3n de correo electr\u00f3nico de soporte, nos registre dicha interacci\u00f3n directamente en el sistema<\/strong>, la cual podremos visualizar accediendo al centro de trabajo<strong>\u00a0\u201cServicio\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0donde encontraremos un\u00a0<strong>subapartado de \u201ccorreos electr\u00f3nicos no asociados\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7957 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/orekait.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/via-email-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"174\" height=\"119\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Para la parametrizaci\u00f3n de esta funcionalidad debemos saber que la<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>herramienta<strong>\u00a0nos ofrece tres direcciones de correo de soporte nativas<\/strong>, que son las que registrar\u00e1n las interacciones con nuestros clientes, siendo estas las siguientes:<\/p>\n<p><strong>cod.servicerequest@myXXXXXX.mail.crm.ondemand.com &gt; Soporte a clientes B2C<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>cod.b2b.servicerequest@myXXXXXX.mail.crm.ondemand.com &gt; Soporte a clientes B2B<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>cod.employeesupport@myXXXXXX.mail.crm.ondemand.com &gt;
