Cada entidad legal solo puede pertenecer a un pa\u00eds.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Division<\/strong>: Almacena las diferentes divisiones de una empresa, pudiendo crear una jerarqu\u00eda agrupadas en unidades de negocio.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Department<\/strong>: Almacena los diferentes departamentos de una empresa, pudiendo ser agrupadas en un objeto padre, en este caso las divisiones.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Location<\/strong>: Almacena las diferentes localizaciones f\u00edsicas de una empresa, pudiendo pertenecer a un grupo de localizaciones, a una zona geogr\u00e1fica y a varias entidades legales.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Location Group<\/strong>: Agrupador de localizaciones, se utiliza para el reporte.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Geo Zone<\/strong>: Agrupador de localizaciones, permite agrupar las localizaciones en zonas geogr\u00e1ficas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Employee Central: Job<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Job Clasification<\/strong>: Almacena todos los c\u00f3digos asociados a los puestos de trabajo del empleado, pudiendo tener campos espec\u00edficos dependientes del pa\u00eds.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Job Function<\/strong>: Las clasificaciones del puesto de trabajo, pueden compartir una misma funci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Employee Central: Payment<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pay Group<\/strong>: Agrupador de n\u00f3mina.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pay Range<\/strong>: Rango salarial de los empleados, donde se definen los valores m\u00e1ximo, m\u00ednimo y promedio.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pay Component<\/strong>: Almacena todos los conceptos salariales (salario base, incentivos\u2026) que percibe el empleado.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pay Component Group<\/strong>: Permite agrupar los componentes salariales<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pay Calendar<\/strong>: Almacena los periodos de pago en el a\u00f1o y est\u00e1 relacionado con cada agrupador de n\u00f3mina.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Frequency<\/strong>: Frecuencia con la que se realizan los pagos de los conceptos salariales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si necesit\u00e1is m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n al respecto, os dejo algunos links que os pueden resultar de utilidad:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.sap.com\/2013\/06\/25\/overview-of-the-successfactors-metadata-framework\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sucess Factors metadata framework<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.sap.com\/2014\/10\/28\/the-successfactors-employee-central-organization-structure\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Success Factors Central organization structure<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Una vez conocidas las\u00a0<strong>estructuras de Employee Central<\/strong>\u00a0a fondo, en pr\u00f3ximos art\u00edculos veremos un ejemplo de c\u00f3mo crear un objeto de cliente (Generic Objects).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row admin_label=&#8221;M\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n&#8221;
