Con\u00a0<strong>SAP SuccessFactores Compensation, la empresa dispone de la posibilidad de compensar<\/strong>\u00a0(como su propio nombre indica)\u00a0<strong>a sus empleados en t\u00e9rmino salariales<\/strong>\u00a0en base al rendimiento laboral que hayan tenido previamente durante un per\u00edodo determinado.<\/p>\n<p>Para poder empezar a usar el m\u00f3dulo de compensaci\u00f3n, primero necesitamos un nuevo plan de compensaci\u00f3n. Afortunadamente, todas las instancias demos disponibles vienen con una un plan pre-configurado de compensaci\u00f3n el cu\u00e1l se puede clonar y configurar en base a nuestras necesidades.<\/p>\n<p>De forma alternativa, una vez que nos hayan sido otorgados los correspondientes permisos, podremos disponer de todas las herramientas necesarias para\u00a0<strong>gestionar el m\u00f3dulo de SAP SSFF Compensation desde la \u2018compensation Home\u2019<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-13752 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/orekait.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/Compensacion-en-SuccessFactors-compensation-Home-3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"956\" height=\"622\" srcset=\"https:\/\/orekait.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/Compensacion-en-SuccessFactors-compensation-Home-3.png 956w, https:\/\/orekait.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/Compensacion-en-SuccessFactors-compensation-Home-3-480x312.png 480w\" sizes=\"auto, (min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 956px, 100vw\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A\u00f1adir nueva planificaci\u00f3n de compensaci\u00f3n\/remuneraci\u00f3n variable: Nos permite cargar una plantilla preconfigurada en vez de clonar o copiar las ya existentes.<\/li>\n<li>Datos para todas las planificaciones: Nos proporciona las herramientas necesarias para la creaci\u00f3n\/importaci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica para los planes de compensaci\u00f3n como matrices de pagos y tablas de conversi\u00f3n de divisas.<\/li>\n<li>Informes: Herramientas para la creaci\u00f3n de informes de compensaci\u00f3n como informes ad-hoc a trav\u00e9s de la herramienta de reporting de SuccessFactors: Youcalc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Poni\u00e9ndonos en la piel del administrador, lo primero que tendr\u00edamos que hacer es\u00a0<strong>crear nuestras tablas de divisas (currency conversion table)<\/strong>\u00a0y de\u00a0<strong>rangos de pago (pay range tables).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-13756 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/orekait.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/Compensacion-en-SuccessFactors-creacion-de-tablas-de-divisas-4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1028\" height=\"254\" srcset=\"https:\/\/orekait.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/Compensacion-en-SuccessFactors-creacion-de-tablas-de-divisas-4.png 1028w, https:\/\/orekait.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/Compensacion-en-SuccessFactors-creacion-de-tablas-de-divisas-4-980x242.png 980w, https:\/\/orekait.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/Compensacion-en-SuccessFactors-creacion-de-tablas-de-divisas-4-480x119.png 480w\" sizes=\"auto, (min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1028px, 100vw\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Las tablas de conversi\u00f3n de monedas definen los ratios de conversi\u00f3n para cada combinaci\u00f3n posible de divisas. Para disponer de nuestras tablas de conversi\u00f3n podr\u00edamos ir a una p\u00e1gina oficial de tipos de cambio de divisas y exportar la informaci\u00f3n correspondiente en un fichero csv delimitado por comas.
